Privacy Notice
Last updated: 24 October 2026. RAHZEEZ MULTIBIZ LIMITED explains here how it handles information submitted through rahzeez.com.ng and the RAHZEEZ Realty pages. When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address if supplied, message, and—on a Realty form—your property intent, property type, preferred state, budget or asking price, and the listing you asked about. Please do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to understand and respond to your request, discuss a property or service, keep an appropriate business record, protect the website from misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle the request. The website is hosted on infrastructure operated for RAHZEEZ. Where Realty lead alerts are enabled, selected inquiry details are sent through our self-hosted n8n automation to the email and Telegram alert destinations configured by the company. Those services and their providers may process the information needed to deliver the alert. We do not use an inquiry to make a decision about you solely by automated processing.
Retention and your privacy choices
We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. Copies in operational logs, email, Telegram, backups, or automation execution history may remain until those systems' retention or deletion processes remove them. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Subject to applicable law, you may request information or access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some rights have legal limits. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Contact us through the details or form on our Contact page to make a privacy request.
External links and updates
Our website may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, or other external services. When you leave our website or communicate through those services, their own privacy terms apply. We do not control their systems. We may update this notice when our services or data practices change; the latest version will be published on this page. This notice is intended to explain our current website practices and should be reviewed against the company's actual operations before publication.
